Welcome to Goliath Functional Fitness! I believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. I offer professional personal training across Camps Bay, the City Bowl, Sea Point, and Gordons Bay. My goal is simple. I want to help you build a strong, healthy body that you can rely on every single day.

My Philosophy: It Is All About Patterns Real fitness does not just happen during your workout. My training style is “all about patterns”. It is about how well you sleep, what you eat, your daily posture, and how consistently you show up. You cannot rush good results, and overtraining just leads to setbacks! We focus on building great daily habits that keep you safe, strong, and full of energy.

Who I Train I work with a wide range of everyday people and athletes, with a target market of up to 60 years old. My training is totally inclusive. We welcome kids from 5 years old for fun, active boxing sessions. However, to keep growing bodies safe, I strictly reserve heavy strength and weight training for clients aged 15 and up.

Real Accountability I know you are busy, but you do have time to train! Even just one consistent session a week makes a huge difference. To help you stay on track, we use the Kahuna App. This creates a great accountability system between us. We share a useful cheat sheet and give you solid guidelines on your food macros. While I am not a registered dietician, I give you the right tools to make smart, healthy choices.
